The duties of the English Teacher include:
Maintaining a respectful and diverse learning environment in the classroom Teaching the NC Standard Course of Study according to state and local guidelines Maintaining student academic records Communicating effectively with parents and guardians of assigned students Performing a variety of tasks as directed by the site's administrator Non-education majors who hold a four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university are encouraged to apply to learn more about the NC Residency License pathway into the classroom, especially if you have coursework on your college transcripts related to English and/or Language.
Harnett County Schools works with EPI International and Participate Learning to employ international staff but we are unable to sponsor the H-1B Visa at this time.
