Sales Support Specialist I (Banker Support)
Overview:
This position supports Bank products and services in the execution of daily sales activitiesIdentifies sales opportunities through the review of financial information or through client interactionFacilitates workflow by preparing necessary documentationEnsures client satisfaction by answering inquiries, addressing account or product discrepancies, and handling daily support issues.Hours are Monday-Friday 11am-8pm#LI-JR1
Responsibilities:
Service & Support - Uncovers sales opportunities through analysis, reporting, and daily support operationsWorks directly with individuals to address issues and respond to inquiriesDetermines target needs and provides resolution.Documentation - Prepares standard documentation presented to clientsThis may include proposals, service agreements, and implementation forms.Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets financial dataPerforms analysis to determine trends in market, product, or client information.Product Specialist - Provides knowledge in area of workAssists in process troubleshooting for both internal and external partiesMay assist in creating and monitoring pricing of Bank products or services.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in Sales, or Customer Service, or Operations OR N/A and N/A years of experience in Sales, or Customer Service, or Operations Preferred
